Nuoqi leverages both interactive software and hardware, from Unreal Engine 5 and Unity to Arduino electronics and IoT technologies, to create immersive, interactive, and explorative experiences. These experiences are designed to innovatively problem-solve and communicate design strategies and concepts in an engaging manner.

Nuoqi's fashion collections use speculative design and place-based thinking to inform her approach to future fashion wearables for various future scenarios. At the same time, her work aims to enhance the resilience of humans and the environment through technology-integrated functional design and a commitment to more sustainable choices and strategies throughout her design decisions.
